Rodolfo is a young bottle-nosed dolphin who lives in the warm waters off Australia. He loves nothing more than tasty fish, playing with his friends and family and riding huge waves with Spyder, a local surfer who becomes his friend.
One day, while Rodolfo and his sister are out playing, they get caught in a big net and are taken away from their home and placed in a tank in captivity. How they hate it, and how they long for the wild open seas and their family.
